Anonymous or pseudonymous affiliates are permitted but must provide accurate contact information (which Glover keeps confidential). U.S. affiliates must provide a W-9 form for tax purposes.
- Responsible Promotion: Unsolicited marketing (such as spam, mass messaging, or posting in private groups without consent) is strictly prohibited.
- Honest & Transparent Communication: Affiliates must not misrepresent the risks or potential rewards of trading, or Glover’s platform features. All promotions must include a clear risk disclaimer and never promise income or guaranteed results.
- Authenticity Required: Any trading results or trade ideas shared publicly must be honest and reflect real outcomes, whether from live, simulated, or hypothetical trades.
- Compliance: Affiliates must read, understand, and agree to Glover’s program rules and legal terms.
- Verification: Glover may request proof to support any marketing claims. Affiliates agree to cooperate and provide documentation if needed.
- Enforcement: Glover reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate payments and program participation if these policies are violated or if an investigation is pending.
